Service Description
Neptune provides subscription access to cloud-based virtual desktops and servers. Plans include fixed technical resources and remote access options as described on the packages page.
Accounts and Responsibility
You are responsible for account credentials, access activity, and all actions taken under your account. Please keep your login details secure.
Acceptable Use
You must use the service lawfully and in accordance with applicable rules and policies. Abuse, service disruption, or unauthorized activity is prohibited.
Availability
We aim to maintain reliable uptime and respond quickly to incidents, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed at all times.
Licensing Responsibility (BYOL)
Neptune provides infrastructure and virtual machine hosting services. Neptune does not resell or redistribute Microsoft licenses. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess appropriate and valid Microsoft licensing rights for operating system usage within their virtual environments.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis and liability is limited to direct damages related to the amount paid for the affected period.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraud, non-payment, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
