Subscriptions and Billing

Neptune plans are billed as subscriptions. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered case-by-case within 7 days for first-time purchases where service was not delivered as described. Refunds are not provided for elapsed or used billing periods.

Licensing compliance is the customer's responsibility (BYOL) and does not constitute grounds for refund.

Cancellation

Cancellation stops future billing and does not automatically create a refund for current or previous periods.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated, related services may be suspended while the case is reviewed.
