What is Neptune?
Neptune is a subscription-based virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) service providing dedicated Windows-ready environments hosted in secure European and regional data centers. Each subscriber receives an isolated virtual machine with managed infrastructure, provisioning, monitoring, and optional backup services. Customers access their desktops via secure remote connection (RDP). Customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate Microsoft licensing compliance for operating system usage (BYOL).
